Changing how you apply for grants is a big decision. Here is how we ensure quality, security, and results for every client we work with.
Changing how you apply for grants is a big decision. Here is how we ensure quality, security, and results for every client we work with.
Does our company qualify?
It depends on the call: company size, age, sector and your own share of the budget. In the first 15 minutes we check this for your case.
Do we need a partner?
Some calls, such as Eurostars, require a partner in another country. We find one who fits the call and your project.
What do you need from us?
Information about your project, your numbers and a few documents. We send a short list after signing and do the writing ourselves.
What happens after we win?
You sign a contract with the agency, receive an advance or claim costs, and report on progress. We prepare the reports and payment requests with you until the project ends.
Do you use AI?
Yes. Our own intelligence software uses AI to read the rules, draft and check. Consultants who know the call decide the strategy and answer for the result, and every application gets a senior review.
What are our chances?
Nobody can guarantee a win, and we do not quote success rates. We take on projects we believe can win, and we tell you when one cannot.
Will we have to return the money later?
Only if the project does not do what it promised or breaks the rules. That is why we help with reporting after the win.
