Why can't I just Google these calls?

You can. But there are 40+ different EU portals and thousands of regional pages. It takes roughly 4 hours a week to check them all properly. That's 200 hours a year. Is your time worth less than €1 per hour? Our system filters the noise so you only see what matters.

Why does Cogrant offer a free subscription?

Because it works for both sides. Building early relationships allows us to understand your work, spot the right moments to engage more deeply, and step in when real application work makes sense.

I already have an agency. How are you different?

Can a consultancy or agency monitor 100% of the opportunities for you without it costing a limb? Our offering is simple. We build on technology to increase the speed at which we work, but we keep the human expertise that makes our work excellent. If your agency misses a call and we find it, the subscription pays for itself 100x over. It's cheap insurance.

Will you help with developing a Business Plan or Tech Specs?

To be clear: We are Grant Writers, not Co-Founders. We can't invent your product. If you can answer our questionnaire about your product, we can find you seamless matches and help you build the proposal. If you can't describe your product yet, you aren't ready for a grant - you need a business workshop.

How does the grant search system work exactly?

It's simple: our system regularly scans for new calls in EU and national portals. We already have over 4000 on our radar, but they keep on coming. Our system then proceeds to match your organization with opportunities you are eligible for. Once you meet the basic criteria to apply, it runs an analysis on whether you would be a strong candidate for the grant, as well as if it matches your profile. Then, our consultants cross-reference these insights with their expert knowledge, making sure that when we do send you an opportunity, it will be worth it.

What does the Project Planner do?

It's a system we built to help you build coherent, multi-strand argumentation for why your product stands out. Think of it as a programme that argues on your behalf. It is constructed to match the expectations of those who evaluate your grant application to maximize your chances of success.
