This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which refunds may be requested for products and services provided by Cogrant, MB ("MB Cogrant", "we", "us", or "Cogrant"), including the Funding Report, access to the Cogrant Search platform, and proposal drafting or consulting services. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and complies with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable EU consumer protection law.

1. Funding Report (One-Time Digital Purchase)
The Funding Report is a personalised digital deliverable that identifies and assesses funding opportunities for the customer based on the information they provide. It is generated specifically for each customer and delivered electronically. Payment is made as a one-time purchase through our payment provider (Stripe) before the report is generated.
a. Before the report is generated
If you have paid but the Funding Report has not yet been generated, you may request cancellation and a full refund.
Such requests must be submitted to info@cogrant.eu before generation begins.
b. Non-refundable once generated
Because the Funding Report is digital content created specifically for you, it is non-refundable once it has been generated and made available to you.
By completing the purchase, you expressly request that generation begins immediately and acknowledge that, once the report has been generated, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content (see Section 4).
c. Defective or non-functioning report
If the Funding Report does not work as described — for example, it fails to deliver, is technically corrupted, is materially incomplete, or does not match what you paid for — you are entitled to a remedy.
We will first seek to correct or re-deliver the report at no additional cost. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, we will issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
This does not cover dissatisfaction with the substance of the funding opportunities identified, the likelihood of obtaining funding, or any outcome that depends on factors outside Cogrant's control (see Section 5).
2. Cogrant Search Platform (Subscription Services)
The Cogrant Search platform provides tailored access to funding opportunities based on submitted company information.
a. Subscription billing
Subscription fees, where applicable, are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Access to the platform is granted immediately upon payment.
b. Cancellation of future charges
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent further automatic payments.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellations can be submitted through your user account or by contacting info@cogrant.eu before the next billing date.
c. Refunds for inactivity
If the platform was not accessed at all during a given billing month, you may request a refund for that period.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the billing date.
Cogrant will verify access records and, if confirmed, process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Proposal Drafting and Consulting Services
Cogrant provides AI-supported proposal drafting services, which may be supported by expert input depending on the service level.
a. Non-refundable after delivery
Once a proposal draft or final document has been delivered, the service is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.
b. No guarantee of outcome
Cogrant does not guarantee the approval or funding of any proposal.
Success depends on external factors outside Cogrant's control.
c. Use of artificial intelligence
Proposal and report content is primarily generated using artificial intelligence tools.
While quality control processes are in place, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or structural issues.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to review, proofread, verify, and, if needed, revise the content before using or submitting it. Cogrant shall not be held liable for the consequences of using unreviewed or unverified content.
4. Consumers: Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
If you are a consumer (a private individual acting outside your trade, business, or profession), EU law normally grants you a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase.
However, for digital content that is supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium — such as the Funding Report — this right does not apply once performance has begun, provided that:
you gave your prior express consent for generation/supply to begin before the end of the 14-day period; and
you acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
You provide this consent and acknowledgment at checkout (by ticking the relevant box) before payment is completed. If generation has not begun, your withdrawal right remains intact and you may cancel for a full refund under Section 1(a).
This section reflects rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as transposed into Lithuanian law and does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By using Cogrant's products and services, you agree that:
You are responsible for verifying your organisation's eligibility for any funding opportunity.
You must thoroughly review all content before submission to any authority or funding body.
Cogrant is not liable if a proposal or application is rejected, disqualified, or deemed ineligible due to a failure to review, revise, or meet funder requirements, or due to factors outside Cogrant's control.
6. Pricing, VAT and Currency
Prices shown to consumers are inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices shown to businesses may be displayed exclusive of VAT, with VAT added at checkout where required.
VAT is calculated and collected by our payment provider based on your location, in line with applicable EU rules.
Refunds are issued in the original currency and to the original payment method.
7. Requesting a Refund or Cancelling a Subscription

Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
