This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for services provided by MB Cogrant, including access to the Cogrant Search platform and proposal drafting or consulting services. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and complies with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
1. Cogrant Search Platform (Subscription Services)
The Cogrant Search platform provides users with tailored access to funding opportunities based on submitted company information.
a. Subscription Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Access to the platform is granted immediately upon payment.
b. Cancellation of Future Charges
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent further automatic payments.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellations can be submitted through the user account or by contacting info@cogrant.eu before the next billing date.
c. Refunds for Inactivity
If the platform was not accessed at all during a specific billing month, the client may request a refund for that period.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the billing date.
Cogrant will verify access records and, if confirmed, process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
2. Proposal Drafting and Consulting Services
Cogrant provides AI-supported proposal drafting services, which may be supported by expert input depending on the service level.
a. Non-Refundable After Delivery
Once a proposal draft or final document has been delivered, the service is considered completed and is not eligible for refund.
b. No Guarantee of Outcome
Cogrant does not guarantee the approval or funding of any proposal.
Success depends on external factors outside Cogrant’s control.
c. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Proposal content is primarily generated using artificial intelligence tools.
While quality control processes are in place, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or structural issues.
It is the client’s sole responsibility to review, proofread, verify, and, if needed, revise the content before using or submitting it. Cogrant shall not be held liable for the consequences of using unreviewed or unverified content.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using Cogrant’s services, the client agrees to the following:
The client is responsible for verifying their organization’s eligibility for any funding opportunity.
The client must thoroughly review all content before submission to any authority or funding body.
Cogrant is not liable if a proposal is rejected, disqualified, or deemed ineligible due to the client’s failure to review, revise, or meet funder requirements.
4. Requesting a Refund or Canceling a Subscription
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted to:

Reason for request
Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
